Ltd. trading operate as an independent company based in Malta. We can deliver to most countries in the world. The range of Havanas covers the majority of popular brands and sizes. All transactions done through our website are conducted over a secure server certified for financial transactions. All personal information and credit card details are transmitted using 56-bit encryption. Click the padlock icon to view our digital certificate.

Our prices are shown in Lm (Maltese Lira). Your credit card company will automatically convert the value of your order to your local currency. To find out the current exchange rate for your currency, use the ‘Currency Converter, these are only indicative. The charge on your account will also vary due to the date of the actual exchange rate applied by your credit card company.

As soon as we receive your order we will send you an email confirming this.

After payment has been processed and your goods are packed ready for shipping, you will receive another email informing you that this has taken place. Generally each item is dispatched individually (e.g. if you order 3 boxes we will send you 3 individual parcels).

If stocks are currently not available you order will be held pending. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as stocks become available.

Action on part fulfilling orders when some stocks are temporarily unavailable: if your order has more than one item and we are able to send part of this order we will do so. When all items in your order have been processed for credit card payment and packed ready for shipping we will then send you an email as described above.

If for whatever reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will email you to inform you of this.

We deliver to most countries in the world. We send our orders via ‘Standard Airmail’. The cost is of Lm6.50 per package. This does not offer a tracking service and the goods travel uninsured at the purchaser’s risk.
Should you wish the goods delivered via courier, this can be arranged at an extra charge. Please e-mail us prior to placing the order on cgc@charlesgrech.com
If the 'Standard Airmail' sevice is selected and the goods do not arrive Charles Grech & Co. Ltd. are not liable to replace the goods or refund the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will give you a return authorization. We will issue a refund, less shipping, upon receipt of the product shipped back to us pre-paid. See also ‘CUSTOMS & EXCISE DUTIES’.

Refunds will not be accepted for returned or confiscated goods due to customs and excises duties levied on the goods at the country of importation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties levied by their customs authorities.

Malta joined the European Union on 1st of May 2004. We now are obliged to charge VAT to our customers within the EU. If the cigars are dispatched to an EU country, the VAT at a current rate in Malta will be charged.
